Turnaround

We aim for all orders to be dispatched within 24 hours, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Due to large numbers of orders over the weekend, orders may take 48 or even 72 hours to dispatch at the start of the week. Please email/message if you need a priority dispatch.

We use APC to deliver our orders.

Order Tracking

A tracking number is provided by the carrier and we will update your order with the tracking information.

Out of Stock 

If an item goes out of stock, we will contact you to check if you are happy to wait for the full order to be ready or whether you would prefer a refund.

 

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 days of your purchase. 

1. Please email sales@fieldhoney.co.uk to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking number.
2. Mail your returned item to:
    Field Honey Farms, Rempstone Yard, Corfe Castle, Wareham, BH20 5JQ, United Kingdom

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt. 

Return Exceptions

Items can not be returned if they have been opened.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
