Turnaround

We aim for all orders to be despatched within 24 hours, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.  Orders placed after 12pm will usually be despatch on the next working day. Due to large numbers of orders over the weekend, orders may take 48 or even 72 hours to despatch at the start of the week. Please email/message if you need a priority despatch.

We use APC to deliver our orders.

Order Tracking

A tracking number is provided by the carrier and we will update your order with the tracking information.

Out of Stock 

If an item goes out of stock, we will contact you to check if you are happy to wait for the full order to be ready or whether you would prefer a refund.
